The Barr House rents as a single unit and is $120.00 per night for two people. Each additional person is $10.00 per night. This rate includes a self-catered breakfast of milk, juice, coffee, tea, bottled water, soft drinks, breakfast muffins or breads, seasonal fruit and cereal. We accept payment by cash or check.

A deposit of $120.00 is due within seven (7) days after a reservation is made. Upon receipt of the deposit, we will send a written confirmation and a map.
